Hi, i wish to ask regarding the possibility and the eligibility of getting a new 3 room flat. Im a Singaporean and my wif is a S-Pass holder, her pass is expiring soon and im tying to help her get the LTVP+ (long term visitor pass plus), i was told that if my wife can obtain the LTVP+, i will have no difficulty in getting a new 3 room flat but im not too sure if she can use cash to top up my housing loans.
