Hi, i will need help and advise here. I sign a contract for renting a room with include PUB, and contract is one yr. Which now i only stay for 3 months, main tenant would like to terminate the rent, said she is looking for low usage of PUB tenant, all this is not indicate on the contract, but our usage for 2 is below $80

What compensation i can ask if in this case? First i had pay the one month agent fees and moving fees, but the agent is rather rude to us and support the main tenant.
