Hi Jon, to answer your question of whether to sell your property now till the property has built, it's about TIMING.
To be honest and basing just on the current situation, obviously it makes sense to sell it when the MRT is completed where it will give you optimum returns.
However, it depends also other factors such as the economy, the demand and supply... Hence, it's difficult to be exact when is the best time to sell. Possibily you can time yourself just when the MRT is about to complete.
With the current market pointing to a "slowdown" trend...you ought to decide.
