Regardless whether you are renting a room or a studio, you have to be aware that it is a requirement that you must have relevant residence status; such as:
(1) Work permit
(2) Employment pass
(3) Student pass and so on.

The main difference between studio or room is the cost, other than the freedom you had from the two.

You may source for the right accommodation from the listing available from this portal.

Alternative, you may look for any real estate agent to source it for you by paying a service fee.
