Hi, I will arrive in Singapore on September for 3 months with my 3 friends and we are looking for a condo to rent with 4 bedrooms. We have a budget of 4500 (including agent fees), and we would like to be near One north (40 mn max by bus).

Hi Friend,

Local regulation here in Singapore requires minimum rental of private residential units to 6 months.

As you are looking for just 3 months, you will need to explore other avenues like Hotel and Service apartments.
