Hi,

I was looking for the Q3/Q4-2010 rentals for the Lumiere at the URA website. I didn't find any data for the Lumiere. I thought the Lumiere has TOP'ed. Is there any difficulty in renting out the apartments at the Lumiere?

I was thinking of purchasing a unit at the project till the cooling measures hit the news.

What is the rental prospects for nearby projects like the Clift and One Shenton?
