What is the current rental of your unit if it is tenanted out?

Do not expect wonderful figures for your unit to fetch, although as per your earlier enquiry, it is on a high floor and renovated. As most expats or tenants are looking for short stay from 1 year upwards, their priority is to rent a place as cheap as possible, and maybe slightly higher if the unit is indeed well renovated.

The realistic market rate for 2 bedroom rental is around $2800 on high side and if you expect something better, I would advise to only look at $3k maximum. I am sure you will prefer to rent out your unit fast without losing too much rental due to vacancy because of slightly lower than your expectaion rental.
