Hi, i want to rent a hdb flat, for me and my parents, what is the cheapest price now? I prefer sengkang area, i do not mind if got cheaper price in other area, thanks.

I have a 4room flat in Hougang Ave 9, Blk 95X ready for rent from 1st Aug onwards.

The asking rental is around $2400.

The average asking for Sengkang area is $2500.
