Renting Property

Hi, i want to rent a Condo/HDB unit for my family(wife,2 kids). My daughter is student pass holder, but my wife LTSVP is still being processed. Are they eligible for rent a unit in above condition? or they hato wait until the LTSVP issued.

Hi Kardinata;

Yes,you can rent a unit for your family under your daughther's student pass.But some landlord would like to see proof of your wife's LTSVP too..If you have the in-principal approval letter for her VP will be better.Which area are you looking at?I have a few units for rent on hand at the moment..Maybe you can drop me a line for further discussion..Thanks
