Yes, definitely there will be. The maintenance fee is used for the upkeep and cleanliness of the property. The sum will range from $280 to $500 or higher depending on your unit size and location.

Hi Ms Wong,

normally strata titled property owners need to pay maintenance fees/ sinking fees according to the share value allocated to their unit.

Amount is always being agreed by the residents and set by the project MCST.

Yes for all strata titled development require maintenance fee. Usually it include the sinking fund too. Maintenance fee are usually for maintaining common areas and facilities. Sinking fund are usually use for major touching up of the development.
