Care to share whether have you fulfill your minimum occupation period and has at least 1 Singaporean in your household to hold on to current HDB and purchase a private property?
Btw do take note of these cooling measures when you purchase a second residential property:
1) if you still have outstanding loan, you are only eligible for max 50% bank loan.
2) If you have utilised CPF OA funds in your current HDB, you have to set aside basic retirement sum $80.5k in CPF OA+SA first before you can use the excess CPF OA fund to purchase this property
3) you will be subject to 7% additional buyer's stamp duty as Singaporean
