One has many LH condos, while the other are mostly FH or 999LH.
The price at Hillview may not rise as fast as the other locations for many reasons.

More importantly, when buying a Home, You must like the location and what it has to offer.

Hillview has greenery that other locations will never get.

Whether prices stagnate or rise, or fall, if it is a FREEHOLD or 999 LH, Time is on your side.

Rather than buying a location that prices shoot up fast (can collapse just as quick) but 99 yr LH... once it crosses 10/15 yrs, it will be less attractive to potential buyers.
