HI, I understand that there is the fernvale EC will be available for balloting end of the year.

Is there any indicative date as to when?
Also, as my partner and I are very very near the eligible income ceiling, I am concern that if we have to show income proof next yr, our combined income will most likely exceed $12k.

For an ec application, when do we have to submit out income proof? I am hoping for the fernvale EC, it will be by this yr end.

I'm staying opposite the Fernvale EC site. They are presently constructing some structures for the showroom. Do contact me at 8118-7718  and I can follow up with you by providing all the neccessary project information such as floorplans and any assistance you may required.

Hello,

Yes, you are right. The Fernvale EC will be launched somewhere at the end of this year if nothing goes wrong. My company should most probably be the one marketing this EC so I will be able to give you the latest updates to this EC as and when I receive any info.

Usually, one week before the official launch of the EC, there will be an "E-Application" period for potential buyers to view the showflat and to make an e-application at the showflat. On the official launch date, buyers will have to go for the balloting and submit all the necessary documents (proof of income, proof of identity, and proof of relationship e.g. marriage cert) on that day itself.

Project Name: The Topiary

Targeted E-Application Period:
2nd November – 6th November 2012 (tentative)

Number of Units: approx. 700 units
