I understand that if I want to buy a private property, I do not have to pay commission to my appointed agent as the agent shares the commission with the seller agent. Is this correct? Also, I heard that in lieu of this buyer commission, an Ang Pow is given instead. If yes, what is the minimum amount or percentage that should be given to buyer agent.
