Hi, I Stay in 3rm fully paid hdb. Did not take loan at all when buying. Can I buy an EC or private property to stay but rent out My HDB? Already over MOP. Thanks to advise

Hi Billy. In order to keep your hdb, you can only buy a pte condo.

Dear Billy,

Yes, you can buy condo and resale EC and rent out your HDB. But you cannot buy brand new EC because you have to sell your HDB 6 months upon TOP.
