Hi, I sold my private condo in May this year and looking to buy an EA. When is the earliest I can buy in the reale market? Do i have to wait 30 months?

Hi Mrs Ong,

There is no waiting period if you are buying EA in the resale market.

Afternoon Ms. Ong,

There ain't new launch EA in the market at this moment hence I would assume that you are looking at resale units. As you will be taking bank loan, there isn't any time bar on your purchase. But if you do have another private property, in or out of Singapore, you are required to sell it off within 6 months from key collection.
