Hi, I’ve signed the tenancy agreement with the landlord for room rental. I’m 3 months in the agreement, but I did not receive the signed copy of the agreement with the landlord’s signature on it. Does that means that the agreement is still in force?

I also think you do not have an agent for this rental. We are unable to advise if the agreement is still in force because we are unsure if landlord has signed or not. It is best to engage a lawyer to advise you professional since it is now more of legal issues that real estate issue. Read More
