Hi, i’m racking my brain on this as it seems like HDB is quite strict on the condition that one must be working continuously for 12 months before the flat application.
Understand that the grant assessment is only done at point of flat booking which is 1-2 months after the ballot is done. are there any cases where HDB accepted applicants of those who did not work for 12 months consecutively?
some context is that:
- have been working since May’21( but have some gap between mid aug- mid sep, as i was transitioning to be FT job.) have payslips to cover from May’21 - Jan’22 (9months)
- planning to apply for Feb’22 BTO
