Hi,
I’m a tenant having the diplomatic clause in my tenancy agreement. Can I ask landlord for proof of commission amount he paid to his agent? This is because I have to refund landlord this amount if I activate the diplomatic clause. Right now they indicate the amount in the contract but the amount seems on high for one year lease. I see the norm is half a month but in this case it is a full month! Thanks for your prompt reply!
