Hi,
I’d like to rent a 1 bedder at 76 Shenton from March 7, 2015. Hope the room is on the other side of the highway, not very low floor. I am looking for an owner agent who is willing to save my cost of living. My budge is likes below.
1 yr contract :
Not furnished. I am willing to pay $1,000 (inclusive of GST) agent fee and $3,050 per month. (near guide price)
2 yr contract :
Not furnished. $2,900 per month. If any agency can get more discounts from that, I am willing to pay 80% of the saving as an incentive. i.e. if I can get the rent at $2,800, I am willing to pay $100*24*0.8 = $1,920 as an incentive for finding the rent.
Plus, if the owner asks me to move in the room earlier than that, it’s possible but I want to get little bit more discount as I need to pay cancellation fee for present rental contract.
