Hi, I rented a room along my friend in codo room, at the time of contract there were three other people living owner couple and another tenant. But after we move after few days owner's mother and father also came who are living in living room and they some music instrument they use whole day. Now We want to terminate contract early because of this. Do I have to lose deposit ? do I have to pay the reminder lease term?
