Hi, I previously buy a condo together with my ex, each hold 50%, now she refuse to sell me the 50% nor buy over my 50%, how can i settle it by legal method or other method ? I do not wish to own the same house with her.

Morning,

Is the property being purchase under joint tenancy or tenancy-in-common? If it's under tenancy-in-common, you do not need her approval to sell away your share of the private property.
