Hi, I prefer to buy freehold private residential properties like condos to live in. But why do most condos near MRT and amenities are not freehold? Should I buy freehold condos which are probably at outskirt area and thus not convenient, or buy 99-year leasehold condos with a lot of amenities? Which is more valuable?
