Dear upgrader,

I would say that it all depends on the objective of the buyer in future. We still see HDBs in mature estate being snapped up, however, if you are looking at establishing good sales proceeds for such projects, you may wish to look elsewhere. There are still many buyers looking at purchases for own stay and comfort. For example a marrying couple may have 1 side of the parents staying in the project and maybe 1 of them grew up in the project and have special attachment to this project, so they will definitely consider units within the project regardless of age.
