Hi, I plan to purchase a 5 years old EC or TOP condo. I have a 5 room HDB flat which is fully paid and stay for more than 5 years. Can I rent out my whole HDB flat and stay in condo?

Hi dave.

Yes you can. In fact, this is a good strategy that many house owners are adopting now - i.e. rent out their flat to finance for their condo.
