Hi

I owned a HDB EA at Tampines and eligible to rent out the whole flat. I am moving to overseas and may require an agent to rent out the flat and manage the rental arragement for me.

Would like to find out the normal fee charged by the agent and what sort of serices the agent will provide.

The professional for me is standard by the way...
One year lease is half a month professional fees inclusive of GST
Two years lease is one month professional fees inclusive of GST...

What is to be concerned is the abilities of agents to follow up and also the professionalism to protect owner's interest and bring great exposure to get owner good or higher price possible...

hi Michael,
the normal agent's service fee for rental is at;
One year lease will be half a month of the rental inclusive of GST
Two years lease wil be 1 month rental inclusive of GST.
My team and i wil take good care of your unit, handle any question given by tenants.
Once a month will check on your unit and make sure bill is paid.
Will give you a peace of mind when you are oversea.
