Hi. I own a HDB with my husband. I bought a condo with my sister 2 years ago. If I remove my name from the private property, how long must I wait before 1) I can sell my HDB and buy a resale? 2) I can apply for an EC? How do I go about removing my name from the property? Will it affect the loan? Thanks

Hi Yes you are able to purchase a new EC with your husband after you remove your name from the private property. Both of you have to sell away the HDB unit within 6 months of key collection to your EC. Regards Aaron 9730 8455  aaronchong2774@yahoo.com.sg Read More
