Hi,

Its possible, and you have to sell both HDB and condo so to get your next HDB. However out of curiosity, may I know what are you trying to achieve by doing this? Most people who want to be in your position of holding 2 properties and having a comfortable retirement. Perhaps there are other ways to achieve your objectives, and I would be glad to share more.     How about EC? can I sell both houses and then purchase an EC instead? Note that our income is above 13K

Yes, it is possible with your direction. I do have clients selling both and purchased a Jumbo HDB with good space.
If this is the direction you looking at, I suggest you sell your condo first, then followed by your HDB, which you can do a contra or parallelly sell and buy at the same time.
