For Resale EC, it is treated like a resale private condo, hence it is definitely possible so long the financing are not an issue. Price of Resale EC varies depending on locations, they are spread across the island. May I understand your requirements further so to make better recommendations based on your preferred location, sizing and budget? Thanks and hope to discuss further.

It's most definitely possible to purchase a resale EC as the restrictions are lifted. The pricing depends on location and unit condition mostly. Which locations are you targeting to begin with?

Perhaps you can share more details with me so that I can work out a financial cash projections ; factoring in your finances on hand (cash /CPF) , generation of sales proceeds from your units as well as the analgamation of target purchase price of the EC; so that I can shortlist the projects for consideration and at the same time advise you on the step by step procedural framework to ensure that your profit margin is being enlarged and maintained.

Since you are looking at resale EC, you will be eligible to purchase one immediately, without the debarment period. As you are looking to cash out both HDB and condo for purchase of EC, the financial aspect should be clear.
