Do take note that you are required to sell off your condo with 6 months after resale hdb completion date. Hi Winnson, Do consider carefully on this downgrade. As my fellow professionals have indicated, you will be required to relinquish your ownership of the private condo within 6 months of taking possession of your HDB should you be eligible to purchase a HDB under 1 of the HDB schemes. As a downgrader, you will only be eligible to purchase a resale unit.
