hi i owend hdb 3 room flat blk23 mariling drive.i want 2 rent out 1 master bed room without aircon and fully furnished.i prefer single only.male or female.rental rate $500-$550.anyone have immed.........

Hi Gana,

Would you kindly provide me with more details as follows:

1) How many people are current residing in your place and their details including any pets?
2) What is your ethnic group and any restrictions on tenant's ethnic group?
3) The rental you have quoted includes the PUB bills?
4) Any attached bathroom in the masterbedroom?
5) If you have any pictures taken of the bedroom, are you able to send them to me?
