Hi, I now holding a 3RM around 111K when i brought the flat in AMK Ave 10, have pay round 48K for 5year. Last resale price in my block in 6 month is around 385K. Wanting to change to a 4 or 5 RM flat in bishan near MRT. I have around $40K in hand. Is it possible to find a suitable flat in bishan with this amount of cash?
