Hi, I need some legal advise. I rented a comercial property which I found from the classified (newspaper). The agent let me sign a "property rental services fees agreement". Only after I shifted in and paid the agent, then I realise from another agent and the owner of the property that there is actually no need to pay agent fees if the owner is already paying the same agent due to conflict of interest. Is this true? Is there any rules and regulation, law, guidelines that all property agency has to follow? I know its impossible to get my money back. But if this is not right or poor business ethic. Is there any where I can report this property agency? Thanks.
