Hi I need help.I rent out the whole unit.I got an agent to find the tenants. She got me a corporate.The unit was rented effective from 1st July.Agreement made that rental will be credited to my bank account on the the 1st of everymonth.It will be paid 1 or 2 days later if the 1st falls on an weekend. Last mth it falls on a wk end but expected the rental amount to be bank in on Monday. But Monday the amount was not bank in until I chase and send message to both my agent and corporate agent. Almost end of the day late evening the amount was bank in.This mth expected the amount in but till now haven't in.
I have to chase them everything.I already informed both the agents to tell the company HR that they have to bank in on the 1st of every mth in the morning because I got some deductions to be done by giro.if I don't have money I will in the account I will be penalise.Can the corporate be penalise if they make late payment. Pls advise.
