Hi, i need an advise in regard to an issue i encounter. I'm admist of securing an ec unit soon. Told by the agent aftER we put in the booking fee, an otp will be issued for us to sign. However was told the developer's end will remain unsigned, it will take a week later to get the signed copy from developer.is this a normal practice? Thank you

Hi,

Doesn't seem to be the norm, is there some special scenario you are in now that you didn't share? (Such as waiting for hdb appeal outcome etc).. otherwise the signed OTP will be made available once you place the booking fee.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
