There are HDB 5 room within 500m of Punggol MRT in the price range of $420K - 560K.

Development of this residential town started in 1998. Due to the Asian financial crisis in 1997 and the financial troubles within the construction industry in 2003, the plan did not fully materialize. A new initiative started in 2007 to redevelop the area into a waterfront town under the Punggol 21-plus plan. The flats are relatively new, around 10 years plus/minus.

The Waterway point has just open this year and there are various other plans underway to complete in the future.
