Hi, I know nothing about the property market in Singapore. I will be moving to singapore in the next 2 months and need to rent somewhere. I dont know the difference between condo or HDBS. I have browsed a lot of rental and it all seems to be room for rent. Essentially, I want a 1 bedroom to live in by myself. I will be working near marina bay, what areas would you recommend and what price range would i be looking at?

Morning LC,

Condo are private apartment with facilities and designed for lifestyle living. HDB unit are general public housing. If you are looking at getting a one bedroom unit to stay for self-stay, during your engagement here, I would recommend condo. However, what kind of budget are you looking at?
