Hi.. I just bought an EC from developer, I am thinking whether to sell my existing HDB 5 Room flat now OR two years later when the EC is TOP.

Afternoon Mr. Tan,

Do you have a place to stay at this moment and why do you want to sell your HDB unit now when your TOP for the new EC is in 2014? Rental of units costs money will will thin your profit margin. Unless you are sure that HDB prices will drop within the next 2 years, why not keep it and sell it only upon TOP?
