Hi i intend to sell away my EA flat at serangoon north and buying a 4 room flat,in order to move out and in at the same time i need to do contra agreement?What are the commission % the agent charge for my case..thanks

Afternoon,

In order to perform contra facility, you need to be selling HDB unit that's using HDB loan and purchase your next property with HDB loan. Alternatively, you can perform the case simultaneously, depending on your cash flow situation. Most of my clients would sell first and purchase later. Depending on your renovation required, timing can be worked upon. We can meet up for discussion if you require further assistance as commission payable can be worked on after we have finalize the plan.
