I intend to buy a condo with tenancy, how do I ensure the seller will handover the TA to me? Must I engage a lawyer to do it? Thks

Afternoon Jezs,

Your salesperson should be able to assist you through the process. You need to have the TA assigned and Novation done to transfer the TA to you. Such transfer is not tagged to the OTP.

You will definitely require the services of lawyer to get such things done.
