Other projects will be Panorama (developer is giving discount at the moment and its beside reputable St Nick Girls), Thomson Three (near upcoming Thomson Line MRT), Sky Habitat, Centro Residences (can purchase and rent out now) in D20. There are quite a lot of projects in D19 as well. For instance, TOPed projects like Minton, The Scala etc, with under construction La Fiesta and just lauched Trilive. Which projects do you prefer?
