Hi I hv a current 4-room flat at admiralty drive, low floor. Outstanding loan w hdb is abt 116k. CPF withdrawal w accrued interest is 247k. Let's say my selling price for my current flat is 360k.. N I got a queue number fm Hdb to select 3-room sale of balance flat at Toa payoh area (shd range fm 280k to 300k) . Reason of change is to stay near parents to take care of kids. Kids studying at toa payoh too. Shd hv housing grant of abt 20k. My selling of this current flat (w CPF refund) able to cover my 3-room new flat? Do i still need to apply loan n top up any cash? I'm not eligible to take on Hdb loan n may hv probl w bank loan too :(.. Any advice? What's the time range do I need to sell my current flat after I confirm buy the new flat. Thanks alot!
