Hi... I have taken over my new condo unit just recently and upon checking, we realised that there some minor deviations from the sales brochure, eg. the location of washing machine is not the same as in the brochure. There is also a 50mm protrusion of a column structure into the living area. What recourse do we have in getting the developer to address these issues....many thanks.
