Hi, I have taken a 2 year lease. I have not seen the owner till date, entire episode was hosted by the agent. I am now in a situation to want to break the lease in 6 months. My neighbourhour has close to 20 FISH tanks outside the house. This was not there at the time we saw the house.I have a baby who keeps running there and keeps falling near the glasses. We are scared as the child might fall. I explained the owner's agent about my problem. It is 2.5 weeks since I mentioned it to her, so far she has not seen the house or neither she has asked owner to see it.Even after repeated phone calls/messages/mail she has not responsded. She has asked me to seek a lawyer to send registered post abt pre-termination.Can somebody suggest What shd I do. Shd I go to a lawyer and send a letter to the Agent company regarding termination of Lease. Quit the house with 2 months notice. and then go to small court. Any suggestions on this please. Thanks,
