Hi

I have stay in my current 4 rm HDB flat brought directly under HDB since jun 2009 without subsidy.

However, recently I have intention to buy a unit with Trilliant. I understand there is a MOP that I need to fulfill but not sure how will it impact me.

So the question is, can I apply for the unit now?

MOP for HDB purchased before 5th March 2010:

2 1/2 yrs - taking HDB loan

1 yr - taking bank loan.

Your MOP already over, not affected. No problem that you purchased your next flat.

Afternoon Tanygce,

Your unit is purchased directly from HDB hence it's likely that you have already purchased at subsidized price. MOP of any unit directly from HDB is 5 years. You are not eligible for the purchase.
I know you might be scratching your head as you have two different answers. You can request through HDB website or branch office to check on your MOP.
