Hi,
I have rented a condo exactly 1 month back.
I am having issues with mattress & toilet leakage & Drier working condition.
I am not getting response from owner on replacing it or fixing it & I would like to vacate the house. Is it possible to break the lease in this case.
Please suggest.

Dear Murali,

There are other avenues stated in the tenancy agreement with regards to the repairs and serviceability of the appliances. Landlord's address should also be on the tenancy agreement. If you have appointed a salesperson for this tenancy, do check back with him or her. This is why it is always important to have a salesperson looking after your interest.
