Hi, I have questions regarding OTP that i would like to clarify. Am i right to say that the OTP period for HDB is 21 days while for private residential is 14 days? And what's the difference in option fee between completed and uncompleted private properties? Can someone enlighten me? Thanks!

Hi, you were right to say that the exercising period of OTP for HDB is within 21 days and 14 days for private property.
