Hi, I have optioned and exercised HDB resale unit but the seller doesn't want to submit to HDB. I have sold my existing property and thinking to back up because of the above incident. What are the cost I can recover from the seller?
My agent say that I can take legal action but how much we recover from the seller is not known.
I have met 2 lawyers and they feedback that it is better to go smoothly with the seller and try to get reimbursement in a smooth way.
Do you all know any good lawyer who is good in dealing with this type of cases?
