Hi, I have just bought an studio unit at Prestige Heights. Just like to get some advice from the experts here.How possible can I rent out my unit at $2.8k-$3k with full furnish? What is the market trend for this area?

Joel is absolutely right. We need to know how big is your apartment before being able to know if it is feasible to rent out at your quoted price.

For studio unit 344sqft, rent out at SGD2200 should not be a problem.

    So $2,800 is not a realistic figure at all right? But from what I have gathered, $2,400 to $2,600 can rent out anytime. Please advice.
