Yes, there is no rule indicating that landlord must engage the services of a salesperson to assist in renting their property. As long as the landlord is equipped with the knowledge on paperworks to be carried out from marketing, to tenancy agreement and stamping requirements, by all means landlord can be a DIY one.

If you are unsure of the above procedures, in order to safeguard your interest, it would be good to engage the services of a salesperson who does this for a living and will take care of the marketing to documentation from head to toe. I have assisted several landlords in securing tenants with good profiles as well as assisted several tenants to secure units over the past 2 months and am in good position to assist you.
